REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:
- S1 in any major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in the same field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good knowledge with MS Office and production software, preferably MS Word, MS Excel or MES
- Can work as a team
- Strong background in manufacturing is preferred
- English is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to meet deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES
Placement: Bintan, Indonesia
Job description
- Plan weekly work schedules for assigned workplaces using Hydra MES
- Manage rollover units, follow processing units, and rollover rescheduling
- Prepare weekly OT Plans and OTD evaluations for assigned workplaces
- Conceptualize process flows, conduct time studies, and create time references for each production element required at assigned work sites
- Prepare weekly plan time versus actual time analysis reports
