REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in sales and marketing. Degrees in other fields are welcome
• Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred
• Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc
• Good attitude and shows responsibility
• Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis
• Able to work under pressure
• Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Lobam, Bintan Kepulauan Riau

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with sales team to handle the related documents received from field sales.
• Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.
• Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing and send updates to customers on the order details and scheduling.
• Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.
• Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounts Department upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Manage and organize sales documents.
• Meet ISO Objective comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
• Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.
• Help customer to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialist.
